  • Transform Colorectal Health: Our mission is to transform the colorectal health of the Indian population by focusing on the dearth of screening in the population. Colorectal cancer itself remains the second most prevalent cancer in India with the incidence of more than 70,000 cases every year; it means we are ready to make a huge difference.
  • Foster Awareness: Colorectal diseases are shrouded in secrecy simply because people rarely talk about them owing to taboos and ignorance. We aim to raise awareness of millions of men and women of potential symptoms, dangers, and protective measures to take.
  • Provide Access to Care: Our single best objective that is pretty much at the forefront of everyone’s mind is wanting to make sure that everybody receives needed, good, timely and appropriate treatment regardless of economic indicators. The facilities we provide include financial aids that have exceeded ₹6 crore in the last one year.
  • Empower Communities: Educational awareness is achieved by using awareness events, collaborations with local clinics, health camps etc., it is educating the people in order to reach out to seek help and make the correct health decisions.
  • Save Lives and Bring Hope: The trick here is thus to offer either free or subsidized treatments for the intended diseases while also encouraging the public to avail themselves with the treatments to save their lives and regain their lost hope. With what we have achieved, the lives and health of persons or over three hundred thousand have been affected positively.

Our Vision

  • Prioritize Colorectal Health: It will be a day when colo-rectal health is a worrisome public health issue across the nation with more than 1 crore and above awareness drive sanctioned every year. Cancer of the colon and rectum is the second most frequently diagnosed cancer in the country; an estimate of 70000 fresh cases occur annually.
  • Universal Access to Care: Our purpose is to achieve the situation in which early diagnosis and effective treatment are possible for everyone. Today the survival rates for newly diagnosed colorectal cancer are much higher if diagnosed early; thus, the goal is to bring down mortality by 30% via screenings and early detection.
  • Eradicate Stigma: We will work hard to ensure that colon-related diseases are as freely discussed as other major health concerns are freely talked about. We would like to work toward the next five-year goal of doubling the current level of public understanding and discussion on the topic of colorectal health.
  • Lead Global Movement: Smiles Foundation aims at becoming a world reference for the proper understanding of Colorectal health and its proper. Our vision is to become a steering force in the development of health policies on the international level and spur generous ideas for the prevention and treatment of colorectal diseases in the world.
  • Preventable Disease: Our vision is a world where people do not die unnecessarily from preventable colorectal diseases. Given that with available treatment the disease kills only 10% of people, today, we strive for a world in which every person has an opportunity to receive necessary treatment to remedy the cause of their condition, and decrease mortality by 50% within the next ten years.
