The walkathon witnessed the active participation of over 300 students, primarily from the S.D. Jayaram School of Nursing and Paramedical Sciences. Marching through the streets of Ashoka Nagar, Mandya, the participants carried banners and shared educational messages, ensuring that the local community was engaged and informed.

The event was inaugurated by Deputy Collector Dr. H. L. Nagaraju, whose presence underscored the importance of addressing piles as a public health concern.
