Population Below the Poverty Line: India has 31.9 % of the population living below the poverty line and most of them will be hard put to even earn their daily bread, forget about healthcare.
Malnutrition and Lack of Quality Food: Many experience hunger and they are also able to be easily affected by awful diseases and illnesses because their body is weak due to malnutrition and inadequate supplies of vitamins and necessary minerals; they easily fall prey to colorectal diseases.
Colorectal Diseases: Irritable bowel syndrome, piles, fissures and fistulas are very common health problems giving immense pain to millions of people in this country but mostly in hush.
Colorectal Cancer: Every year alone sixty thousand people lose their lives to colorectal cancer in India – a death that could have been averted through timely diagnosis of the condition.
